Day visits start at €175 and night call-outs (7pm to 7am) are €375 for a doctor and nurse team. Video consultations start at €125. We always confirm the exact price on WhatsApp before anyone is dispatched, so you’ll never be surprised.

Most travel insurance policies cover private doctor visits abroad. You pay us directly, and every visit includes an itemised receipt and a medical report written for insurance claims.

Trip Cover is our pay-per-day medical membership, from €4.95 per adult per day. It gives you 24/7 doctor access with priority response for your entire stay. You don’t need it to book a visit, but it means help is pre-arranged and faster if anything happens, and families like that children under 18 are free on most plans.

For anything life-threatening, call 151 or 999 immediately. For a fever, vomiting, ear pain or a child who’s unwell but stable, we can usually have a doctor with you within the hour, which is often faster and far less stressful than a night-time hospital trip with a sick child.
