These Terms of Use and all transactions entered on with Seychelles Medical and the relationship between You and Seychelles Medical shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Seychelles. All the disputes, differences, claims, breaches arising under or in connection or with reference or pertaining to this relation hereto the Website, the Terms of Use or any transactions entered into or the relationship between You and Seychelles Medical shall be amicably resolved and in case if the parties fail to resolve such dispute or difference mutually then dispute/ difference/ claims/ breaches etc. will be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by Seychelles Medical and in case of death refusal neglect or incapability of the Sole Arbitrator to act as an Arbitrator then the same shall be again referred to the Sole Arbitrator who will be appointed by Seychelles Medical. The arbitration proceedings shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 or any statutory amendments/ modification thereof for the time being in force. The arbitration proceedings will be held at National Capital Territory of In case of any proceedings, references etc. touching upon the arbitration subject including any award, the territorial jurisdiction of the court shall be Delhi.
The award of the arbitration(s) shall be final and binding on the parties.
All online Bookings paid are non-refundable and subject to credit note approval in case guest is not availing services booked. Booking an appointment online is agreeing to the laid Terms & conditions with no exception to the rule. Customer can reschedule the bookings by calling the customer support and informing them over a written communication with subject to slot availability at the location booked. The team will ensure the test is conducted and accommodated.
In case of booking done for hotel visit, any amendment ,cancellation or refund is subject to approval to the Seychelles medical Services PTY.
The prices as offered by the Seychelles Medical on our Platform are highly competitive. All prices for your PCR are including other taxes (subject to change of such taxes) and fees, unless stated differently on our Platform or the confirmation of the services.

Should you find your test of similar result time through any other Platform, with the same Terms & conditions, at a lower rate on the website before you have made a reservation through us, we will match the difference between our rate and the lower rate under the terms and conditions of Best Price Guarantee.Our We Price Match promise does not apply to any special offers for Corporates which are Hotel Specific.

By making a PCR Reservation with a SMS, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of that Seychelles Medical, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the SMS that may apply to your PCR TEST (including the fine print of the Seychelles Medical made available on our Platform and the relevant house rules of the Seychelles Medical), including for services rendered and/or products offered by the Seychelles Medical. The relevant (delivery/purchase/use/carrier) terms and conditions of a Seychelles Medical can be obtained with the relevant Seychelles Medical. The general cancellation and no-show policy of each Seychelles Medical is made available on our Platform on the Seychelles Medical information pages, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email or ticket (if applicable). Note that certain rates, fees, or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or change. Applicable tax may still be charged by the Seychelles Medical in the event of a no-show or charged cancellation. Check the (reservation) details of your product or service of choice thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation. Note that a PCR TEST Reservation which requires down payment or (wholly or partly) prepayment may be canceled (without a prior notice of default or warning) insofar the relevant (remaining) amount(s) cannot be collected in full on the relevant due or payment date in accordance with the relevant payment policy of the Seychelles Medical and the reservation. Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary per product, or service of each PCR TEST. Late payment, wrong bank, debit or credit card details, invalid credit/debit cards, or insufficient funds are for your own risk and account, and you will not be entitled to any refund of any (non-refundable) prepaid amount unless the Seychelles Medical agrees or allows otherwise under its (pre)payment and cancellation policy.
If you want to review, adjust, or cancel your PCR TEST Reservation, revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein. Note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the Seychelles Medical’s cancellation, (pre)payment and no-show policy, or not be entitled to any repayment of any (pre)paid amount.
If you have a late or delayed arrival on the clinic or only arrive the next day, make sure to (timely/promptly) communicate this with the Seychelles Medical, so they know when to expect you to avoid cancellation of your PCR TEST (Reservation) or charge of the no-show fee. Our customer service department can help you if needed with informing the Seychelles Medical. Pcrtest.sc does not accept any liability or responsibility for the consequences of your delayed arrival or any cancellation or charged no-show fee by the Seychelles Medical.
